Job Description

Your role includes:

  • update clients' marketing plans;
  • prepare service packages for clients, based on their unique needs;
  • attend client's requests and provide help;
  • provide excellent service;
  • ensure timely delivery of service and excellent execution;
  • process necessary documentation, quotations and invoices;
  • track key account metrics;
  • monitor and analyze customer satisfaction;
  • ensure operations success;
  • support existing clients relationships;
  • onboard and integrate new clients;
  • enhance organization's reputation through excellent service;
  • forecast and track key account metrics;
  • communicate monthly/quarterly progress.
