Job Description
- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Collaborate with development team on the team on the design and features of the software system.
- Actively participate in discussion of new ideas or features for existing product which would improve the user experience for our client.
- Help in managing product road map timelines and releases.
- Propose improvements towards existing systems or internal pipelines if any.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in tech industry is preferred, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of the software development and integration cycle
- Familiarity with software development is an added advantage
- Familiarity with chat bot product is an added advantage
