Job Description

• Plan and execute social media strategies to support clients' overall business goals and objectives
• Assist with creation, conceptualisation, and presentation of digital marketing strategies and integrated marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects
• Proactively manage client expectations, prioritize and negotiate timelines and deliverables where necessary to meet key business objectives
• Attend meetings as required, which may include travel to clients’ offices/events, and help convert potential clients to long-term clients of the agency
• Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimization
• Maintain good relations with your clients, providing timely & efficient responses to all client queries
• You shall be assisting in branding for the company but not limited to communications, marketing, and development of ideas, concepts, sponsorship, branding and promotional plans.

Job Requirements

1. Must have at least 2 - 4 years of agency or brand work experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and/or creative content writing.
2. Paid Social for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
3. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal.
4. Able to communicate the requirements and expectations well to both internal and external parties.
5. Knowledge about digital marketing, social media marketing, and/or creative content writing, as well as social media platforms and tools.
6. Fully understands the impact of social media for businesses and brands and have the ability to share
7. Resourceful, motivated, independent and takes initiative to fulfil tasks.
