About The Job

Job Responsibility: (but are not limited to)

Conceptualizes, plans, designs, and produces a wide range of specialized graphic and/or illustrative material, to include multimedia concepts, as appropriate.
Take overall responsibility for all on and offline work produced for all clients, including digital graphics & videos, branding & design, website design and etc.
Works with clientele to ascertain needs and to develop graphic direction, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects.
Work closely with the team to initiate, coordinate and manage production timeline, deadlines, schedules and duties where necessary.
Plans production schedules for the various steps in the design process; analyzes and projects development costs and develops project budgets and workflow.
Participates in production and/or marketing planning group sessions and meetings, on a project basis.
May coordinate a graphics or photographic library and/or maintain digital records.
May create and produce animated videos and animated portions of live videos using computers and video production equipment.
May supervise and/or lead lower graded staff and/or student employees.

Job Requirements

Diploma or degree in graphic design
Min. 2 years of working experience (in the related field)
Highly motivated & able to work with minimal guidance
Have a passion for developing witty, highly engaging designs
Highly proficient in all design aspects (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PremierPro, After Effects)
Fast learner and worker
Able to take constructive feedback and learn quickly
Photography skills needed
Experience in video editing is an added advantage
Portfolio required
