Job Description
- Turn potential leads into customers and upsell existing customers in addition to other tasks assigned by the Management.
- Handle client's enquiries and provide substantial understanding of the product to them.
- Create an awareness to the branding and let people notice our service.
- Have good sales pitch and conduct smooth transaction with clients.
- Provide an insight for clients in future prospects.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Communication/Marketing/Social Sciences/Business
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. MSOffice, Google, CRM software)
- A fast learner
- A good presenter
- Fluency in English (compulsory) and other languages (Malay, Chinese)
- Presentable, excellent interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Travel-ready
