Job Description

• Produce catchy, high quality copy in the form of articles, write-ups, email campaigns, etc.
• Assist in producing monthly e-Newsletter to be delivered in a timely fashion every month-start.
• Proofread and edit any document that is about to be published by the Company.
• Work with the Brand Design department to produce and update manuals, quick start guides, and necessary materials for each product.
• Organize, coordinate, and contribute articles to annually produced in-house magazine.
• Liaise with the Technical Department to find out necessary technical information about products to produce relevant articles.
• Liaise with advertisers to submit advertising artwork and advertorials when needed.
• Update social media websites daily with latest information of products. 

Job Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma holder in English/ Social Science or any related field, with a strong passion in the English language and Marketing field.
• MUST be able to speak AND write in English fluently. Knowledge of a second language is an added advantage.
• Preferably uses English as the primary language of communication.
• Have a good eye for design e.g. marketing campaigns, advertisements, etc.
• High attention to detail.
• Possess information-seeking attitude, able to multi-task and work independently.
• Familiar with basic Microsoft Office software such as MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
