• Pursuing new business opportunities
• Tracking Sales Progress on a daily basis and reporting results, as necessary
• Preparing and customizing proposals that meet client and company requirements
• Ensuring positive revenue generation in the team through the overseeing of financial flow and ensuring client payments are made.

• Managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction through positive relationships and effective campaign performance.
• Meeting clients for regular work-in-progress (WIP) meetings to discuss campaign performance & strategies for improvement
• Encourage renewal of services & upselling of services to clients
• Ensuring that client campaign deliverables are met, working with stakeholders to ensure that campaign collaterals are developed and executed as per production requirements
• Addressing and managing client queries.

• Managing the performance of team members and maintaining positive morale.
• Ensuring that performance targets are met.
• Overseeing performance & working towards achieving the sales targets set, ensuring positive revenue generation.
• Working together with the higher management regarding performance management.
• Working together with the higher management & sales team to develop new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must have at least three (3) years working experience in a managerial role, or at least five (5) in a senior executive role in digital media sales.
• Candidate must be able to show the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Candidate must showcase ability in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Candidates must also have experience working with advertising agencies, showcasing the ability to build connections that will be beneficial to the business.
• Minimum degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant fields.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization
• Proven ability to drive sales processes from planning to closing
• Strong business sense & industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching & people management skills
