About The Job

You will be primarily tasked with sourcing, approaching, and meeting potential clients to engage in our media and advertising services within the education and healthcare industry. 

You will work together with members of our Sales, Production, and Support teams to identify, strategize, and pitch services provided by the company that would help to meet clients' marketing and advertising objectives. 

You're tasked with but not limited to:- 
  • Client Prospecting 
    •  Actively seek out sales opportunities through cold calling, media monitoring, networking, events, and exhibitions to grow prospects list and build opportunities to pitch for services. 
    • Research and identify key areas of growth in the potential clients’ existing marketing approach that can be improved upon through company offerings and services provided prior to the meeting 

  • Meeting with Prospective Client 
    • Present, promote, and sell products and services offered by the company, primarily digital media services.  
    • Addressing objections, revisions, or queries regarding proposals or services provided  

  • Onboarding Client  
    • Closing sales, working together with related internal stakeholders to ensure that the invoice is issued to the client and the booking order is prepared and delivered as per requirements 
    • Keeping note of updates in production until the project is completed, aiding in communication between internal teams and the client where needed. 

Job Requirements

  • A Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, Business, or a relevant degree.  
  • Candidates with experience in a Sales or Business Development Executive position for at least two (2) years with a proven track record of revenue generation is an added advantage. Candidates with higher experience in Sales/Business Development will be considered for more senior positions. 
  • Candidates with knowledge/experience in digital marketing services/agency business development have an added advantage and are encouraged to apply. 
  • Candidates with knowledge/experience within Business Development for Education and/or Healthcare have an added advantage and are encouraged to apply. 

  • Self-confident, with good communication skills and an ability to influence and persuade individuals at all organizational levels. 
  • Highly motivated and driven,  with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and determination to prospect and develop business opportunities. 
  • Candidates MUST possess their own transportation.
