• Internal Meeting and Preparing Collaterals
• Onboarding Meeting 
  • An onboarding meeting between the client and the Business Development Team is conducted before the kickstart of the campaign.
  • Client Campaign Launch.

• Online Branding and High-Quality Leads.
• Ensuring daily that digital advertising on the website for active campaigns appears correctly
• Ensuring daily that featured listing settings are on the website for active campaigns appears correctly.
• The monitoring number of leads accumulated by clients and non-advertisers, which can be potential clients. 
• Sending leads accumulated via the website to clients every Friday.
• Performance Reports must be given to the client on a monthly basis.

• Checking on the budget utilized daily, ensuring that all of the budgets are utilized with no overspending. The Client Servicing Executive will liaise with clients and relevant teams as necessary with regard to the optimization of campaigns. 
• Keeping track of the status of leads generated, reviewing the quality, quantity and source of leads to identify areas of improvement relevant stakeholders can work upon
• Sending a status report on digital marketing efforts to clients with ongoing campaigns every Monday on leads generated, as well as requesting feedback on the quality of leads passed. 
• Performance Reports must be given to the client on a monthly basis. 

• Successfully execute instructions given to the Tech Team
• Communicate instructions to relevant team members within the client’s representative party to assist in the SEO process
• Follow up on the changes made by the client, providing assistance where needed to complete the process
• Creation of reports on improvements made on the website before and after the SEO process

Job Requirements

• Experienced with at least 2 to 4 years in Client Servicing
• Diploma/Degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or another related field from a recognized University.
• Experienced in at least 2 to 4 years in client servicing
• Must have a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Must have strong writing & editing skills
• Must be analytical & meticulous
• Understanding of relevant media laws & ethics
• Strong organizational & project management skills  
• Commission is provided
