• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers.
• To ensure of correct selling techniques to do sales and achieves target.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of store products and services and use this knowledge to build sales.
• Maintain and ensure correctness of inventory , responsible for any stock loss/thefts, ensure check and balance are done in proper manner.
• Able to maintain and increase customer data base and to engage customers.
• Assisting in all aspects of outlet, especially display, merchandising and cleanliness.
• Job Training will be provided.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
• Have at least ONE year experience in watch retail industry or fashion/ jewelry industry.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
• Mandarin is compulsory because we have many oversea customers from China.
• Able to work at Sky Avenue @ Genting Highlands
• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills & discipline.
• Able to work in a team and hardworking.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice. 
• Able to work as per retail shop working hour.
