Job Description
A quirky, witty creative agency is looking for a creative and jovial Art Director to match our crazy! Also needed to lead and guide the design team as well as work hand-in hand with our copywriter. We seek a candidate with 2-3 years working in related fields as a creative.

Assisting and reporting to the Creative Director, your keen eye for the finer details will ensure quality work is constantly produced by the talented team of designers that you will be working with.
Most importantly, you should have the ability to generate original creative concepts/campaigns and designs for ATL, BTL and Digital Media.
Job Responsibility
- Leading the team to work within timeline and have the urgency for frequent updates to whom it may be required
- Working from the brief to conceptualize ideas for proposals and pitches, in collaboration with team
- Guide and review the work of designers and writer in providing direction & feedback
- Direct photoshoots & videoshoots
- Ability to work well with copywriter partne
- Work effectively with account management team to develop design solutions that clearly meet client brief/requirement as well as timeline and budgets
- Meeting and presentation of concepts to clients, when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience as creative in the related field
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other relevant tools like excel and PowerPoint
- An added advantage would be to have a Bachellor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Advertising
- Able to work on several project simultaneously under tight deadline and pressure.
- Experience in art directing photo and video shoots
- Possess excellent work attitude with strong sense of urgency and good time management skills
- Strong command of English & Bahasa, both written and spoken
- Possess sound print production knowledge is an advantage
- Senior Designers are encouraged to apply.
