Job Description

• Facilitate outlet's request. 
• Support the team with administrative work
• In charge of writing business updates and memos to send to outlets and business partners
• Documentation of standard operating procedures.
• Documentation of recipes and instructional videos. 
• To ensure compliance with the guidelines of Halal certification, including updating of documentation. 
• To monitor the daily operation efficiency, investigate problems, analyse root causes and define resolutions.
• Manage and monitor daily warehouse operation which includes receiving, storage, issuing, packing and scheduling goods for delivery
• Responsible to liaise with business partners’ enquiries and orders
• Work closely with the operation team to ensure business partners requests and orders are fulfilled
• Responsible to manage sales administrative works such as providing quotations and billing to business partners and clients 
• Liaise with logistic company to arrange shipments for domestic and international business partners timely
• To follow up on partners’ payment
• Work with the team to develop SOP to work efficiently
• Resolve issues that may affect operation deadlines
• Can work under minimum supervision
• To perform ad-hoc assignments when needed

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrative executive
• Excel in Microsoft Office and G Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good Time Management Skills and ability to prioritise work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant courses 
• Knowledge and experience in invoicing software
• Possess basic knowledge in food ingredients and cooking method
• Responsible person with good attitude.
• Knowledge of international business trading and procedures
• A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn.
• Willing to work under strict deadlines
