About The Job

  • Facilitate internal company outlets’ and partner’s requests
  • Responsible to liaise with business partners’ enquiries and orders
  • Maintain good business relationship with partners
  • In charge of writing business updates and memo to send to outlets and business partners
  • Work closely with the operation team to ensure business partners requests and orders are fulfilled
  • Responsible to manage sales administrative works such as providing quotation and billing to business partners
  • Liaise with logistic company to arrange shipments for domestic and international business partners timely
  • To follow up on partners’ payment
  • Support the team with administrative work
  • Work with the team to develop SOP to work efficiently
  • Resolve issues that may affect operation deadlines
  • Can work under minimum supervision
  • To perform ad-hoc assignment when needed

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative executive
  • Excel in Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Time Management Skills and ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant courses 
  • Knowledge and experience in invoicing software
  • Possess basic knowledge in food ingredients and cooking method
  • Responsible person with good attitude.
  • Knowledge of international business trading and procedures
  • A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Willing to work under strict deadlines

Our first cafe "THIRDWAVE" was established in Bangsar South in 2013, focusing on specialty coffee & brunch food. Based on the decision of the company to diversity our food service; we have now ventured into dessert market, hence the birth of "KAKIGORI"- a Japanese shaved ice dessert bar in October 2016. There are now 4 KAKIGORI outlets in Klang Valley, with 2 new openings in a month time. 

The company also planned to launch our first overseas outlet in San Francisco, USA this August, progressively making our way to becoming an international lifestyle cafe chain. 

In March 2019, we successfully launched a new Japanese inspired specialty coffee cafe, focuses on western-influenced Japanese cooking & great dessert.  Watch this brand to take over some coolest neighbourhoods near you soon!
