Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Nurture a positive working environment 
  • Bridge management and employee relations. 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Handle staff grievances, staff disciplinary, and ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Law and the Company's policies
  • Plan and manage working rosters. 
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct new employees' on-boarding program to educate and engage employees towards the organisational image and objectives.

Job Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
  3. Hands-on experience with human resources metrics.
  4. Familiarity of HR systems and databases.
  5. Good active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  7. Sound knowledge of Employment Act & related labour law is required
  8. proficiency in written and spoken English is a MUST
