Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for reliable, ambitious, and self-motivated salespeople to be part of team while the company is undergoing a major global expansion. If you are truly passionate for Sales in Finance, this role could be for you.

Our company specialize in offering online Contracts-for-Difference (Forex, Precious Metals, Commodities, Shares, and Indices) trading in both Domestic and International markets to retail and wholesale clients. Company headquartered in England and Australia with multiples offices in the Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Europe, successful candidates will be working at our Kuala Lumpur office. You will be the point of contact with our clients and provide value-added services to ensure our clients are satisfied.

Main Responsibilities:
1.      Support leads to complete their application and convert them into sales.
2.      Support clients through phone calls, Online Chats and Social Media channels.
3.      Maintain rapport with existing clients and identify any further sales opportunities.
4.      Source for new relationships and referral opportunities.
5.      Liaise with internal team to produce the best service for clients.
6.      Work towards specific KPI's. (monthly sales target)

Job Requirements

The Requirements
1.      Be able to speak/write both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
2.      Passionate about sales, FX markets and speaking to people about financial markets.
3.      Be flexible with working hours.
4.      Good phone etiquette and customer-Centric mindset.
5.      High degree of self-motivation and flexible approach to teamwork.
6.      At least 1 year of professional experience in a fast-paced telephone sales role within financial services is essential.
7.      Basic understanding of CFD trading and MT4 trading platform would be a bonus.
