About The Job

About The Job:
  • You will be exposed to multiple scopes of works in Operations, Sales, Marketing and Business Development. 
  • Assist in managing customer accounts and providing support, solutions and services to our partners. 
  • Multi-task by undertaking any other tasks as may be assigned by the Management from time to time. 

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, courier, fax and etc.)
  • Handle daily admin operation duties and perform data entries.
  • Prepare purchase order, invoices, quotation, claim and etc.
  • Filing important company documents and account documents.
  • Provide administration support to team.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or assignments as requested.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Fresh graduated are encourage to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduated Diploma, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office, Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Required language: English & Chinese.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara.
  • Required own transport and willing to travel.
