Job Description

• Build, plan and implement the overall marketing strategy.
• Assist Assistant Marketing Manager in delivering agreed activities.
• Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
• Organize and attend events such as launch, award ceremony, webinars, seminars and etc.
• Maintain and update target audiences databases.
• Monitor market trends, analysis consumer marketing activities to identify opportunities
• Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports.
• Develop new marketing initiative to strengthen engagement with target audiences.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising / Media or its equivalent.
2. At least 2 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing & Event Management or equivalent.
4. Self-motivated and driven to achieve company objectives.
5. Able to plan product launches, exclusive brand events and large scale business-to-business events. And oversees all aspect of event planning and coordination.
6. Possess strong initiatives, planning, analytical and problem solving skills
7. Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator will be added advantage.
9. High integrity, independently, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
10. Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients.
11. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
12. Possess own transport & willing to travel.
