Job Description

• To provide design and production in all form of time-based communication design & media solutions
• To maintain and produce all in-house time-based promotional materials including but not limited to social media channels, mobile application, video presentation etc.
• To assist and support department head / team leaders / project leaders in managing the video project workflow, job progress and meeting project deadlines
• To ensure all projects are delivered on time with required quality and expectation
• To play a role for time-based related design and production on Digital Media Studio and supporting Digital Media Department on academic matters
• To also support Creative Team for event's photo shooting as and when required

Job Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in relevant field; or a Diploma with minimum two (2) years of relevant industrial experience
• Strong expertise and experience in time-based media related discipline such as video production, motion graphic design, sound production and animation
• Strong knowledge and sense in art and design
• Experience in liaising with client, servicing and production
• Proficiency in English language is a must in both oral and written
• Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision and self-initiative
• Possesses strong problem solving and analytical skills
