Job Description

• To attend to all walk-in, phone-in, mail-in and email enquiries about The One Academy's courses.
• To support in attending schools visiting to The One Academy premises, give career talk presentation on The One Academy's courses and career opportunities. 
• To plan and propose school visits for Peninsular and East Malaysia according to the territories assigned. 
• To support and participate in all recruitment activities, assist in planning, executing, setting-up/dismantling and administration duties whenever required.
• To constantly maintain a good relationship with the school's teachers or counselors and The One Academy's prospects by informing them about specific activities organized by The One Academy. 
• To support and participate in all recruitment activities (such as exhibition, school fair, workshop)

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in business administration/marketing or related field.
• Possess good communication skills both spoken and written in English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Possess the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Result-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation, positive mind, the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work in a team environment.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation/overseas.
• At least 2 years of experience is required for this position.
