Job Description

• Prepare the bistro settings including food preparation and seating area
• Manage multiple clients and tables by offering impeccable service and be at their disposal including
  • Helping to present and explain the menus, food and drinks items
  • Taking orders from customers
  • Serving dishes in professional manner
  • Clearing the dishes when necessary
• Check and manage stocks of raw materials
• Respect the health and safety rules in force at the establishment

Job Requirements

• Qualifications
  • Minimum diploma/ certificates in Food & Beverage/ related industry
• Language
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Ability to speak Chinese
• Other F&B requirements, where necessary
  • Willing to take Typhoid injection
  • Willing to undergo Food Handling Course
