Job Description

  • Accountable for business performance of all F&B outlets, analyse and propose plans to increase profitability, reduce costs and achieve company goals
  • Manage the operations of all food outlets, central kitchen as well as business development and marketing functions of the company
  • Implement kitchen planner and inventory system for all F&B outlets and perform central ordering system
  • Coordinate, oversee and work closely with the team on restaurant operations to ensure consistent high quality of customer service is provided in all areas
  • Accountable for food cost management, menu planning as well as development and creation of new product needs
  • Responsible for recruitment (hiring, supervision and development of each employee)
  • Administrative tasks including scheduling, HR matters, payroll submission
  • Manage and maintain operational records which include inventory, sales and cash on hand reports
  • Enforce high level of hygiene standards and cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Work closely and report directly to director

Job Requirements

  1. At least 5 years of experience in handling restaurant chains
  2. Familiar with mall setup
  3. Able to create SOP and maintain it
  4. Assist in recruiting staffs
  5. Able to provide customers with superior hospitality
  6. Strong leadership and people management

To make this happen, we have decide to put more focus on the creation of a perfect plate of satisfying Nasi Lemak, hence, a small menu that can bring out the best in every dish we serve. As the saying goes, "do one thing and make it the best". With less to worry about, we can also bring out the best in our team. Our goal is for everyone involved with NALE to be happy and fulfilled.

Food aside, we also aim to provide the most complete Nasi Lemak experience to our customer through outstanding hospitality. Something not commonly found in Malaysia. We have decided to adopt the Danny Meyer way of hospitality. His famous quotes are as below:
