Job Description
- Leads will be given and no cold-calling is required!
- Build and maintain a good relationship among the homeowners, tenants and third party services
- Coordinating unit viewings to match tenants to their ideal home
- Negotiate leasing terms and prepare tenancy agreements
- Ensure a smooth handover experience for the clients
Job Requirements
- Preferred minimum 2-3 years of working experience
- Preferred background in event management
- Fluency in English is a must, and Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus
- Excellent time management, communication and negotiation skills
- High professionalism and commitment to consulting
- Proactive, results-oriented, and positive
- Have your own vehicle
