Job Description

• The sales & marketing team is responsible for all inbound sales calls whereby they are required to understand the clients needs for their event.
• Sales rep to provide the best package for the clients which comprises the event venue, catering, deco, and more. 
• Candidate is also required to service the client end to end from the initial call all the way up to the end of their event.
• Sales rep need to understand client's budget before providing suitable services for them. 
• They need to have an insight on what event with small details that are important. 

Job Requirements

1. Fluent in English both spoken and written
2. Candidate must posses a minimum of Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
3. Having own transport is an advantage
4. Candidate is required to work night shifts and weekends from time to time
5. Strong Interpersonal skills
6. Candidate must be able to work indepandently 
7. Embraces a fast paced working environment with high levels customer service required
8. Past experience in Customer service, Sales, Marketing or Events is required
