Job Description

• Be the first responder to event enquiries.
• To plan, conceptualise, manage and execute event in a timely manner according to client requirements and budget.
• Proactively manage campaigns and maintain good relationships with existing clients and new clients
• To liaise/manage event contractors to ensure quality of work and professionalism at all times
• To manage and build strong relationship with current existing clients and future new clients.
• Constantly on the look out for new business opportunity to help bring to live our clients event.
• To perform ad hoc tasks as and when requested by the management.
• To work closely with marketing team to plan and strategically approach key clients to share about our services.
• To ensure individual and company sales target is achieved. 

Job Requirements

1. Fluent in English both spoken and written
2. Candidate must posses a minimum of Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
3. Posses own transport
4. Candidate is required to work night shifts and weekends from time to time
5. Strong Interpersonal skills
6. Candidate must be able to work independently 
7. Embraces a fast paced working environment with great levels customer service.
8. Past experience in sales and customer service is a bonus.
9. Passionate and have good understanding on the event industry and project management.
10. Able to work under pressure with tight datelines in a dynamic environment
11. Embraces change and in constant pursuit of self improvement and new challenges
