  • Administrative tasks including daily admin work, basic bookkeeping
  • Managing filing systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and customers
  • Assisting in preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the director such reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly conducting research .
