Job Description
- Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings and visuals.
- Prepare visuals, project costing, material selection, and technical drawings.
- Handle all documentation required on project requirements.
- Propose suitable materials, color scheme, materials needed, carpet, carpentry work and etc.
- Lias with team during and current progress of all on going projects.
- Schedule site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress.
- Analyze and Inspect problematic areas in sites. Have to be extremely analytic and alert on noticing detailing.
- Knowledge of Colour balancing, Fabrics, Styles and Trends.
- Sense of Creativity and impressive artistic ability.
- Attention to style and detail.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possessed at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduated Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or Equivalent.
- Required Language : English/Mandarin/*Cantonese *Optional
- Must have own transportation.
- Good sense of design & detailing.
- Work well independently and exhibit good common sense.
- Required skills : AUTOCAD, 3DMax, Sketchup, 2Design
