Job Description

  1. To assist in overall administration task of the foundation;
  2. Receives and screens visitors/donors and telephone calls for Direct Mail Appeal (DMA) &  Direct Debit Donor Program (DDP);
  3. Liaise and correspond with donors and be able to represent the foundation professionally as well as attend to donors’ queries and request in regards to their donations;
  4. Provide data entry assistance  for the Direct Mail Appeal (DMA)  as when and needed;
  5. Responsible for all data entries of Direct Debit Donor Program (DDDP) which includes donors cancellation and reports preparation / mailing daily reports to SG Global Services;
  6. Responsible to prepare other correspondences for schools, homes, corporate and relevant authorities in regards to their donations;
  7. Responsible in yearly Fund Raising Gala Dinner project and in-charge of the distribution list, acknowledgement receipt, issuing tax exempt receipt, data input  key in  for Fund Raising;
  8. Assist in production of collateral and materials;
  9. Sorts, opens, and distributes incoming mail to staff; associates incoming correspondence with files or related material needed for meetings, correspondence, and reports;
  10. In-charge of office stationery, office equipment purchase and general upkeep of office, booking of meeting rooms and other general administration task;
  11. Responsible to obtain price quotation from suppliers and vendors for any purchase in the foundation;
  12. Maintenance of Inventory asset;
  13. Assist in all fund raising events and to perform ad hoc duties from time to time as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education                            : Diploma/Degree in any related field

Experience                         : 1-2 years 

KSA’s (knowledge,
Skills & Ability)                   :  Excel, Word, and good interpersonal skills
