Job Description

• l Lead new channel partner development: identify, meet, and present to potential partners that best fit with the Company’s business alignments
• l Build and maintain strong, sustainable, trustworthy relationships with business partners
• l Develop processes and teams to execute the expanded business and channel growth initiatives
• l Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• l Work cohesively with other department leaders to assure growth alignments with proper solutions, programs, and personnel
• l Work closely with other internal teams to build comprehensive onboarding plans
• l Develop strong influential relationships with the Partner’s key stakeholders
• l Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting partners' objectives.
• l Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• l Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• l Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Job Requirements

• l Possess at least a SPM/Pre-U/Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in health education/science/nutrition related area
• l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• l Time management skills and strong business acumen with an ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
• l Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• l Team player with an ability to work cross-functionally
• l Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable
