Job Description
As a Therapist cum Consultant, must perform all duties in an enthusiastic, professional, friendly, courteous and helpful way. In this role, you must maintain a neat, healthy appearance and be physically fit. You should be familiar with all aspects of the clubhouse and uphold all the clubhouse’s rules, terms, conditions, events and programs. You must be able to perform the complete range of therapy treatments to the highest possible standards at all times.
Responsibilities:
- l To give excellent guest service and a fantastic experience to our guests.
- l To recommend the suitable treatment & products that meet customers’ needs
- l To provide personalized customer service and maintain good rapport with customers
- l To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm, seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve your personal performance.
- l Meeting sales target
- l To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested to you.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- l Possess at least a SPM/Pre-U/ Professional Certificate/Diploma
- l Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- l At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- l Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- l Committed to delivering high level of customer service
- l Excellent grooming standards
- l Previous experience in a similar role is preferable
