Job Description

• Maintain the Association’s website and related sites, including writing/sourcing for relevant articles to be posted
• Coordinate and drive the communications plan for various projects/campaigns, in particular via digital channels/media, as may be required 
• Develop and implement online communications strategies for the Association, including for specific initiatives/campaigns on an ad hoc basis
• Capture, track and grow public sentiment and interest around the Association’s initiatives/campaigns 
• Improve search engine optimisation and general discovery of content by target groups
• Analyse and report on web traffic, analytics and engagement to determine effectiveness of initiatives/campaigns
• Conceptualise, design and create material for initiatives/campaigns
• Liaise with appointed agencies on various initiatives/campaigns 
• Assist with news trawling 

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience 
• Must have graphic design skills and be able to produce artwork for posters, web banners, etc. 
• Possess good communications skills, both in Bahasa Malaysia and English  
• Well versed in social media (from an advertisers perspective) 
• Working knowledge of videography and video editing would be an added advantage
