Job Description
- To prepare / review reconciliation for bank, payment vouchers, debit & credit notes and daily cash flow
- To ensure transaction are properly recorded and entered into computerized accounting system
- To assist on daily financial operations (issues invoices, journal vouchers, depreciation of fixed asset)
- To monitor the debtor and creditor aging report and movement
- To assist in liaise with external auditor, tax agent, bank officer and company secretary
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Minimum requirements of Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Account/Finance or any other related field would be a plus point.
- Knowing Auto-Count account software and SQL payroll is added advantageous.
- Microsoft Words and Excel
- Good in managing detailed data.
- Have a good understanding on how to flow of the company's accounting systems.
