Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and over-the-phone/email applications/technical support for TME customers in electrical audio and electroacoustic applications
- Be highly knowledgeable and proficient with the Audio and Acoustic products
- Deliver technical training to customers
- Collaborate with sales engineer on potential sales opportunities and post-sales support
- Actively communicate with TME sales team about sales opportunities, product needs, opportunities/issues in the industry
Job Requirements
- 2+ experience years in applications/technical support of test instrumentation AND audio equipment are required
- B.S. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (audio specialization preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Desire to grow, learn and try new things
- Self-motivated and self-starter; results driven
- Strong English-language skills are desired
- Some travel is required
- Candidates who do not have the industry experience, but have the Audio and Acoustic knowledge background also encouraged to apply.
