Job Description
- Casual Chinese conversation
- Working oversea (Sihanouk, Cambodia) for manage and troubleshooting network infrastructure for client.
- Ensure operational efficiency and availability of infrastructure and smooth IT operations of client
- Troubleshoot client’s hardware, software and application problems related to network via phone, remote access, email or onsite support.
- Provide support for new and existing network devices such as switches, router, wireless access point, controller and etc.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in network IT field
- Open to all education level
- Can speak little Chinese language
- Working oversea (Sihanouk, Cambodia)
