About The Job

About the role
Telebort is looking for individuals who have passion and excellent skills in multimedia. Your main focus will be taking photos, creating video, and digital drawing to raise awareness of computer science and engineering education.

You will play an important role in
  1. Work with a cross-functional team to gather and evaluate product requirements.
  2. Define style standards on fonts, colors, images for Product Specifications Info Sheet.
  3. Develop UI/UX’s storyboards, process flows mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
  4. Design graphic user interface elements, like page navigation buttons, menus, tabs and widgets, search fields and more.
  5. Create original graphic designs such as images and sketches like with Telebort Mascot.
  6. Manage and maintain the Telebort’s website using
  7. Ad-hoc duties include supporting other community management functions as and when required.
  8. Update and maintain process documentation.
  9. Participate in Telebort’s community events to understand the needs of stakeholders (e.g., parent, student, teacher, and learning center).

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have
  1. You have the academic background in Computer Science/Information Technology, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent or related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  3. Have a solid portfolio of design projects.
  4. Knowledge of wireframe tools such as 
  5. Working knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  6. Working knowledge of using a Corel Draw or Wacom drawing tablet would be a plus.
  7. You love teaching and are eager to shape the skills and minds of our next generation.
  8. You are fluent in English and are good at communicating your ideas.
  9. You want to contribute positive impacts to society using your skills and knowledge.
  10. You can work well with multiple and challenging projects at one time.
  11. You can work flexible hours.
  12. Having the entrepreneur spirit that willingness to get the job done even in the middle of the night.
