- Scheduling and arranging meetings for Directors
- Handling directors errands and personal administration
- Handling basic secretarial and administrative tasks
- Handling of confidential and sensitive company matters
- Arranging travel requirements
- Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements
- Must possess a keen attitude and be a go-getter
- Must be able to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Be a people-person and be able to work with all kinds of people of different backgrounds
- Extremely responsive and a quick learner
- Good command of English
- Possess own transport
