Job Description
You will be working under our Senior Accounts Executive and will have a great learning opportunity!
- Responsible for daily AP functions as vendor's invoices and payment processing
- Handle full-set of accounts
- Handle order processing for online e-Commerce portals
- Preparation of regulatory reporting, analysis monthly finance report statement and creditors statement reconciliation
- Monitoring the account and credit control .
- Support month-end and year-end process
- Ensure all payment amounts and records are accurate and follow up with outstanding payments
- Inventory management
- Bank reconciliation
Job Requirements
- Have a good working knowledge of accounts
- Able to work in Kota Damansara, PJ
- Be a people-person and be able to work with all kinds of people of different backgrounds
- Familiar with G Suite, Quickbooks a plus!
- Required Languages: English
