About The Job

Main Tasks: 
About the job (80%): 
  • Provide an amazing experience to each customer on products and delivery information through various support channels such as phone call and WhatsApp. 
  • Provide excellent customer service with effective order processing and service support promptly. 
  • Arrangement of transportation for prompt delivery of goods 
  • Follow up with our client for payment 
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, in line with guideline and best practices 

Administrative tasks (20%) 
  • Maintain customer data and data entry 
  • Support marketing team in communicating the relevant campaign, promotion, events and etc as per request 
  • Flexibility to carry out any task and assignment given when required. Manage and provide data, monthly reports and ad-hoc reporting to the management 

Job Requirements

  • Can speak Cantonese and Mandarin fluently 
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field 
  • Candidate with experience in sales support or telesales/telemarketing will be an added advantage 
  • Fun, and friendly attitude with a passion for personal development 
  • Have patience when dealing with our customer 
  • Live on WhatsApp 
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality - maintain the confidentiality of customer information at all times. 
  • 5 days work (compulsory to work on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday)

Office hours: 
Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)
Sunday (9am to 5pm)
