• Medical claim
• Travel allowance

• Prepare full set of account by complying to relevant accounting standards
• Perform bank reconciliation and month-end closing journals (eg. Accrual/Prepayment/Depreciation)
• Maintain Fixed Asset listing and other Balance Sheet Items listings/reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management account on a timely & accurate basis
• Assist in fixed asset management 
• Handle day-to-day documentation of financial transactions, payment processing and invoicing
• To monitor cash flow requirement
• Liaise with auditors/tax agents/authorities/bankers/company secretary
• Ensure accurate processing of monthly payroll & statutory submissions (EPF, Socso, PCB)
• Keep track of employees leaves in the system
• Assist in preparation of various financial reports and analysis
• Assist in general admin work and HR-related work
• Other ad-hoc assignment by superior/management whenever required

Job Requirements

1. Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Degree
2. Familiar with SQL Accounting Software & KakiTangan HR Web System
3. Meticulous and good with numbers
4. Have initiative and proactive working attitude
5. Able to work under minimal supervision (work independently)
6. At least 2-3 years of working experience in Accounts/HR
7. Good team player (able to contribute ideas & feedback)
8. Good command of English & Mandarin – verbal and written (a must!)
