Job Description

1. Generating original visual executions that are both exciting and creatively attractive
2. Delivering work of the highest quality after working with team members to develop new ideas
3. Working with the art director and account managers to establish appropriate creative directions
4. Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns
5. Working with senior designers and art directors to establish new skills and insights
6. Collaborate with your creative director, strategist, media, digital and account teams to ensure your work is always relevant, strategically sound and headline-worthy
7. Work in partnership with a Copywriter to create innovative, channel-neutral ideas that answer the client's brief
8. Develop concepts to execute the ideas and present these both internally and externally until a preferred route is agreed between agency and client
9. Brief Designers and external partners to bring your ideas to life, ensuring that the work is flawlessly executed with the highest levels of craft skills, regardless of channel
10. Art direct the execution of the creative work, inputting into pre-production activity, attending photo and video shoots and supervising post-production in order to realise your creative vision
    
    

Job Requirements

1. A critical eye for layout, type and design
2. A good understanding of design and art direction for digital media
3. The ability to communicate ideas at a conceptual level through clear roughs and layouts
4. The ability to brief and oversee production confidently to ensure the best possible delivery of the idea, working internally and with external suppliers across all media channels
5. Know basic skills and knowledge
