About The Job

  • Identify and research target companies and uncover key initiatives and recruitment activity that could benefit from Talkpush technology.
  • Business Development: Talk to the Human Resources departments of large organisations and discuss opportunities to automate their recruitment process using Talkpush. 
  • Set up appointments for our Sales team with enterprise customers and regularly update the Sales CRM.
  • Connect and regularly follow up with qualified prospects through regular outbound cold calls, emails and messaging.
  • Maintain active communication and follow-up with leads by following a strategic sales cadence
  • Build a strong sales pipeline with a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly opportunity and activity goals in a metric driven environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our competitive positioning and provide feedback for internal teams.
  • Maintain a strong understanding and know-how of Talkpush CRM functionalities and use cases.
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to connect with the customer and identify upsell opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of prior B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English verbally and written is an absolute must.
  • Preferably proficient in Chinese and Bahasa 
  • Flexibility - ability to work in a dynamic environment and not restricted by shifts.
  • Ability to grasp and present technology and the willingness to learn and unlearn.
  • Prior experience of working with a Sales CRM is an added plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members.
  • A high level of accountability and self drive.

What we Do
Talkpush is making volume hiring fun and personal again. Talkpush is a recruitment platform that leverages the power of messaging and social media. The solution consists of Stanley, a recruitment chatbot compatible with Facebook and WeChat, which conducts interviews and an application management tool, which allows recruiters to evaluate and hire candidates faster than ever before.

The World is our Talent Pool
We have offices in Hong Kong, Mexico City, Costa Rica, Delhi and Manila. All this traveling can be exhausting at times, but the effort is well worth it. First, it allows us to understand local markets better and to build recruitment experiences that are adapted to the local culture. Secondly, it means we attract a great diversity of talent. For each new role, we try to hire the best person, regardless of where he or she is located. Being so spread out also means we have to make an extra effort to stay connected, so we make extensive use of messaging and video to make sure everybody stays in the loop. We also get together a few times of year for some quality bonding time.
