Diploma and above in relevant field of study.  Minimum duration of internship is 4 months. Prefer candidates who can join on early of September.Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Job Requirements

  • Undergraduates in HR or Business related background (Business Admin, Business Management etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Internship duration for a minimum of 3 months, is preferred.
  • Possesses a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Screen candidates resume and job applications for local hiring,
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
