Diploma and above in relevant field of study. Minimum duration of internship is 4 months. Prefer candidates who can join on early of September.Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Job Requirements

Undergraduates in HR or Business related background (Business Admin, Business Management etc.)
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Internship duration for a minimum of 3 months, is preferred.
Possesses a positive and energetic attitude.
Screen candidates resume and job applications for local hiring,
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
