Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Know how to drive and good at driving
  • Keep track on the finance of CEO
  • Keep track on CEO’s P&L, cash flow statement and filing on income tax
  • Provide full PA support to CEO on daily basis and be able to contact during non-office hours for urgent tasks
  • Coordinate and arranging for meeting and daily schedule
  • Handle travel, accommodations, meal arrangements for CEO
  • Assist CEO on drafting high level of communication, business proposal and PowerPoint presentation
  • Undertake special assignments and related duties as specified by CEO such as tax submission, tax filing
  • Handle heavy load of administration and paper filing
  • Able to drive independently
  • Travel outstation is required for external meeting, event, function when required
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary. 

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, Mandarin and BM
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Basic accounting skills and knowledge
  • Have interest in investment or finance
