• Actively promote the quality image of the hotel at every opportunities.
• Responsible for travel agent and corporate room sales for the resort. 
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Design and implement overall marketing strategy. Generate marketing material.
• Prepare resort sales package including costing. 
• Provide professional service to the internal and external guests.  
• Able to supports hotel service and relationship strategy, driving customers’ loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and services levels.
• Pitching sales proposals for potential client , assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs. 
• Responsible for event listing and managing all digital marketing platform.
• Responds to customer enquiry via social media.

Job Requirements

1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Marketing / Mass Communication / Public Relation or equivalent.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills & good presentation skills. 
3. Possess own transport and willing to travel .
4. Required languages : English , Malay, Mandarin (preferably mandarin speaking candidates)
5. Able to work independently with minimum guidance will be advantage
