About The Job

  • You will be the content strategist: To maintain best practices for marketing material development, i.e. responsible for content production and distribution on website/emails/social media platforms;  
  • You will be the branding designer: To conceptualize, design, and materialize company marketing plans with SEO/SEM to enhance company presence in the eyes of the mass market; 
  • You will be the marketing analyst: To measure and analyze the marketing campaign performance against set goals (LEAD conversion); 
  • You will be the project manager: To coordinate and liaise with external partners to optimize website features, plan and conduct online/ offline events, exhibitions and roadshows; managing the projects (timeline, tasks, budget) to deliver results; 
  • You will be the team leader: To brainstorm, manage and execute company marketing strategies together with in-house marketing team for promotion of products and services: 
    • Conceptualize, design, development and launching of seasonal promotion campaigns through online/offline channels;
    • Collaborate and coordinate across team members (Product Specialist, Creative, Sales, Operations) to manage demand generation and boost-up customer engagement; 
    • Manage emails, post scheduling on social media, marketing calls as well as opportunity/LEAD tracking to integrate with CRM platform; 
    • In short, to adopt integrated approach to drive relevant traffic for LEAD conversion and ensure adherence of operating budget within the department. 
  • Stay current, identify latest trends and insights in technology advancement, market development, and competitor activity. 

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; B2B marketing experience preferred. 
  • Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM/advertising agencies; identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns for customer engagement. 
  • Experience in optimizing web landing pages and user conversion funnels. 
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. 
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing digital marketing/CRM tools, ex. Google Adwords campaigns, Infusionsoft, Salesforce. 
  • Strong project management/coordination skills.
