Job Description

• Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN, DNS and DHCP
• Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
• Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security
• Investigating faults in the network
• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
• Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
• Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
• Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.
• Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
• Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
• Determine course content according to objectives
• Prepare training material and classroom agenda (presentations, worksheets etc.)
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
• Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
• Provide end user training for client.
• Deploy training to targeted personnel.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Data Science or any equivalent.
• Exhibit positive attitude, result & customer-oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Able to work efficiently independently without direct supervision.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written skills
• Experience in Mikrotik RouterBoard, Ubiquiti Networks, Captive portal, WiFi Solution would be an advantage. 
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux Servers, workstations, VMware, Google Cloud and other various software applications.
• Willing to travel. Possess own transport.
