Job Description

• Manage assigned accounts overall online performance from sales, promotional activities, stock inventory, P&L to relationship building;
• Establish and manage strong presence in the market place and develop strong relationship with merchants and platform partners;
• Ensure timely completion of order fulfilment with logistics team and external vendors;
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new sales opportunities in eCommerce services;
• Plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and achieve business targets;
• Perform extensive research on local and international platforms to explore new ideas for SIS presence and promotion mechanics;
• Responsible for margin performance and category management;
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and scorecards;
• Ensure effective analysis for key business partners using sales data / customer analytic ( Big Data ) and / or CRM data;
• Ensure effective teamwork and collaboration with brand partners, other departments and service providers; 
• Management of customer service inquiries to channel and follow-up with the other departments and external vendors to ensure customer service standards are met;
• Managing relationships with brand partner and e-commence channel; 
• Developing cross-functional strategy to grow business and ensure smooth operations; and
• Visual merchandising planning and implementation which includes full onsite ownership (Look-and-feel, attributes, filtering, features, content, and banners) of the category. 

Job Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any related discipline of study; 
• Are keen to work in the eCommerce industry; 
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and strong commercial acumen; 
• Are passionate about consumer experience, innovation, health, beauty and fashion; 
• Possess good communication skills and able to work in a fast paced but nurturing environment; and
• Are a team player.
