Job Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaign in building traffics to various company's online platform (social media or online e-commerce)
• Monitor, control & manage the E-commerce system and company social media platform (FB & IG)
• Manage and update of products in company website and online platform.
• Responsible for all customer online inquiries and comment (facebook, online platform) and after sales service though chats.
• Explore potential online platform and maintain good business relationship with existing partners.
• Liaise with Brand & Merchandising Manager in establishing promotions and activities. 
• Monitoring and reporting for all online sales and activities.

Job Requirements

1. Candidates must posses a Diploma in any field
2. At least 2 years working experience in related field
3. Good command in English and Bahasa Melayu in both written or spoken
4. Computer literate.
5. Able to work independently and self motivated
