Job Description

• Conduct presentations and seminars to potential clients
• Assist in promotional strategies and product development. Identify new market segments. Review and monitor project and sales budget. 
• Liaise with designer consultants, specifiers, contractors, end users  
• Develop and maintain contact with contractors and installer to meet sales target. 
• To submit weekly activities report
• To update latest sales into CRM system. Maintain project tracking and business line marketing calendars;

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing / Architecture/ Interior Design or  equivalent. 
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• English literate 
• Willing to travel outstations 
•  Young, aggressive yet matured,
• Good communication skill with pleasant personality, Effective presentation and report writing 
• Must be able to work with people of all levels,
• Strong negotiation skills, Self-motivated and Independent
• Good sense of Art, Self- interest in building architectural or interior design good salesmanship
