• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell insurance coverage or compliment the client existing policies.
• Advice potential clients on wealth management .
• Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans.
• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
• Advise client to help to achieve financial goals and provide professional solutions for them.
• Breed productive relationships to create prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
• Responsible in maintaining good relationship with new clients
• Resolve customer queries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma with 2 years of work experience, in any field OR Degree holder in any field.
2. Between age 25 to 45
3. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
4. Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia with the ability to interact with people at all level.
5. Honest and with integrity.
6. Excellent customer service mind-set with the strong passion to serve.
7. Dynamic, adaptable and self-motivated to serve existing corporate clients & referrals.
8. Discipline and have high commitment
9. Confidence, Target Oriented, Accept Challenges and Positive Working Attitude.
10. Looking for energetic candidate eager to earn good money.
