Job Description

• Give freely if your giving impacts something greater than yourself, contributes to a cause that you believe in, or benefits someone you care for. Find your reason for giving before giving to avoid burning out. 
• Strike an equilibrium between giving to yourself and giving to others to prevent becoming a doormat and burning out. 
• Advise client to help to achieve financial goals and provide professional solutions for them.
• Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans.
• You are able to manage your own time and work efficiently no matter the market condition. 
• You have the ability to prospect on the phone, in person and at referral networking. Knowledge about economics, finance and law is preferred, but not required if you have a good history of sales and ability to learn quickly. 
• Selected candidates will be offered RM10,000 monthly as a bridging income.

• To manage and resolve issued raised by clients.
• To advise clients to achieve finance goals and provide solutions for them.
• To review timely on reports and renewal quotation.

Job Requirements

• Have at least has a Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance , Sales, Marketing or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in business development, management, sales , legal and accounting, education, finance and etc.
• Between age 21 to 50
• Possess own transport.
• Good in written and spoken in  English ,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin  with the ability to interact with people at all level.
• Able to provide good customer service by listening to customer needs and provide financial solutions.
• Excellent customer service mind-set with the strong passion to serve.
• Dynamic, adaptable and self-motivated to serve existing corporate clients & referrals.
• Confidence, Target Oriented, Accept Challenges and Positive Working Attitude.
• Looking for energetic candidate eager to earn good money.
• Great commission scheme up to RM10k.
