About Supplycart Tech
Supplycart Tech team is on a mission to develop an e-Procurement platform which will revolutionise the way businesses source, manage and monitor everything that their office needs.

What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for an intern who can commit a minimum of 3 to 6 months so that they can fully immerse themselves in our AGILE development approach.

As a Tech intern, you will immediately be expected to take ownership of your tasks and be a fully contributing member to the team.

The Tech team consists of 8 diverse individuals from different backgrounds:

2 self taught coders
International experiences
1 Head of Product with Global experience

What will I be doing?

Managing the “Features” channel
- Be the first point of contact with the internal Business to understand their use cases (HUB-internal system improvements / ADAM-solution software feature request) and filter out what is essential for the Product Owner to review

Requirements gathering & synthesising
- Coordinate with the Product Owner to further discuss & agree core requirements for any large changes

Documentation
- Responsible for supporting preparation of core documentations. This includes:
- Managing & organising the product folders
- Maintaining & developing Process Maps and supporting screenshots

JIRA board
- Create new JIRA cards in the backlog with sufficient functional requirements for the Product Owner to review
- Support Product Owner to further detail out requirements for more complex JIRA cards

Team SCRUM
- Person In charge for selected team sprint SCRUM documentation

Job Requirements

Essential Skills and Requirements:

Ability to have logical discussions, asking questions & enjoy problem solving
Ability to summarise discussions, identifying the key issue & the prelim requirements
Ability to translate complex requirements into process maps to bring clarity to the teams
Ability to communicate & explain the client challenge & proposed business approach - in a clear, structured & succinct manner to the teams
Ability to be independent in searching for an answer & raising questions
Ability to work as a team player and willing to learn and improve
Organised in documentation
